Youth Chamber of Commerce (YCC) is an organization seeded with the idea of establishing a platform for the youth to ‘actualise their potential’ and become ‘global citizens’. Youth Empowerment is an agenda of immense discussions and contemplation worldwide which has been on the top priority of most of government plans, programs and policies. The emerging contours of the new world of work in ongoing global technological advancements are rapidly becoming a lived reality for millions of employees and employers around the world. YCC operates as a platform to bridge the gap between acquired skills and skills in demand through its various ‘industry-academia’ engagement programs.
With primary focus on youth empowerment, YCC through its research and data driven expertise, also facilitates in national and international collaborations with a network of more than 25,000 industry leaders and 100 plus countries. YCC affiliates with prestigious organizations around the world having existing infrastructure and a mission for youth empowerment programs & business synergies and develops a strategic alliance to plug them in with YCC’s platform

YCC ‘s vision is to promote and establish global standards of youth empowerment and prepare them for a sustainable future with constructive engagements and collaborations with stakeholders from across the globe. To encourage the youth and make them ready for a fulfilling and rewarding career ahead.
Our vision is to add value to the global economy through the “catch-them-young” strategy of reaching out to the base for promising students who can drive the world into a position of dominance in STEM by year 2022 and beyond.
CORE FOCUS
YCC’s core concentration includes:
- Focusing on youth who are being underutilized as a valuable resource.
- Emphasizing on elevating skills of the youth by setting up skill development centres and working along with existing skill centres.
- Empowering and nurturing the Youth to develop their skills and explore future opportunities.
- Creating a support platform for upgrading the skills and abilities of youth who lack bandwidth.
- Efforts that enable the youth to significantly impact a community’s portfolio.
Youth Chamber of Commerce has entered into proud partnership with organizations like NSDC, Skill India, Federation of Indian chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Start-up India, Invest India, Learning Wings – Cambridge, MSME, Pal Group, UAC, Emirates Driving Institute and more.
YCC – NSDC & Skill India
YCC, having partnered with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) taking forward Skill India, has entered in-to a strategic tie-up with (NSDC) to enable acquiring skills and capacity building for disadvantaged youth with a special focus on Indian migrant workers globally. Skill India is a campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15 July, 2015 which aims to train over 40 crore people in India in different skills by 2022.

YCC – UAC
Youth Chamber of Commerce and YCC International UAE associated with the PAL group a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Group UAE has formed a new organisation for the certification and assessment called UNION ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION (UAC) for all the work force coming from India.
UNION ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION is an assessment organisation which provides assessment and certification programmes to the workforce in the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries and has collaborated with NSDC for necessary technical support and expertise to execute the goals including setting up efficient platform for skill assessments.
YCC – University of Cambridge, Learning Wings
Youth Chamber of Commerce through its partnership with Learning Wings Education has associated with Cambridge Assessments English, a department of the University of Cambridge, U.K. to impart Educational and English language excellence both for qualification and employability purpose. Youth Chamber of Commerce is the representative of Learning Wings Education in India for promoting, marketing and supporting their entire line of work.
YCC – EDI
Emirates Driving Institute (EDI), the largest and the most successful driving institute in the UAE and the Middle East, collaborating with the Youth Chamber of Commerce (YCC) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to establish driver training institutes in various parts of India. NSDC, under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, is one of its kind public-private-partnership which aims to catalyse creation of quality vocational training in India across different sectors.
YCC – MSME
YCC & MSME have collaborated to provide a much needed domestic & international platform to their members and other business stakeholders for networking, business promotions and to work as a catalyst between the community and the government. YCC & MSME jointly hold and organize Expos, Summits, Seminars, Symposiums , Meets Workshops, Training Camps, Road Shows, Business Delegations, and Buyer & Seller Meet etc on both national and international level. Both organizations together spread awareness about central and state government’s welfare schemes & policies for their members, trade & industry, work as catalyst between the community and the government for addressing their pertinent issues and do advocacy for favourable policy making in their interest.
