When women and girls are not integrated—as both beneficiary and shaper—the global community loses out on skills, ideas and perspectives that are critical for addressing global challenges and harnessing new opportunities.

Over the years, women have made a substantial impact and achieved success across sectors, both within their country and overseas. Women have also partaken in the country’s economic growth, stimulating gender parallelism and endorsing a major representation in the corporate pipeline.

Youth Chamber of Commerce thus launches ASPIRE – Women Achievers’ Awards to celebrate, encourage and inspire women and organisations to achieve greater success, by shining a spotlight on the amazing talent of business women who have set benchmarks of excellence and are doing inspirational and exemplary work. Through these awards we also seek to recognize those who have demonstrated their ability and commitment to raising the value of diversity and inclusiveness in their work environment
