Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

Alice is a UK qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with a background in investment banking, having obtained her LLB from Durham University (College of St Hild and St Bede) and her postgraduate studies from the College of Law, London. Following her training at the prestigious Clifford Chance LLP in London, Alice worked as Legal Counsel for Natixis – one of France’s largest banks – focusing on export finance, syndicated lending, Islamic finance and various regulatory aspects of banking. Alice is also the leader of a Lean In Circle in Dubai, a network for professional women.
