Along with other certification programs, Youth Chamber of Commerce and YCC International UAE has associated with the PAL group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Group UAE, and has formed a new organisation for the certification and assessment called UNION ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION (UAC)for all the work force coming from India.

UNION ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION (UAC) is an assessment organisation which provides assessment and certification programmes to the workforce in the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries and has collaborated with NSDC for necessary technical support and expertise to execute the goals including setting up efficient platform for skill assessments.

UAC and NSDC have partnered to enhance productivity of workforce in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries for existing workers in the countries and new workers from around the world including India by developing a program for skill upgradation, assessments and certification.
