Startups are the key to re-define and re-shape everything, from products and services, to governance, organizations, processes, people, economy, institutions, business and technology. Innovation fulfils the needs which cannot be met by conventional products, processes and institutional forms and can have a significant impact in terms of social and economic value. Startups are all about change and related opportunities to improve access, affordability, sustainability, efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.YCC helps to bring out the entrepreneurs’ sense of self-efficacy which can play a major role in how they approach goals, tasks, and challenges. Entrepreneurs with high self-efficacy, that is, those who believe they can perform well, are more likely to view difficult tasks as something to be mastered rather than something to be avoided.
YCC with its network renders supports and facilitates funds for the expansion of start-ups. With YCC’s collaboration with STARTUP INDIA, an initiative by the Govt. of India, we provide a platform for Startups and young entrepreneurs to associate themselves with investors and other successful entrepreneurs to grow their business and largely contribute to their industries.
Interactive Workshops
Knowledge or skill that one gets from doing something rather than just reading or observing is certainly an experience to learn from and remember. Exposure and participations in workshops gives a hands-on learning experience. Various platforms are being provided through YCC’s incubation centres, workshops, internship programs, seminars and interactive training sessions on all levels which are organized quarterly, half yearly, and annually.
YCC practices the phrase “Not Just Lecture”, we incorporate active learning in our interactive workshops, which integrates group discussions, activities and problem-solving simulations from small to large numbers to meet the learning needs of a diverse population. Workshop meets auditory, visual and kinaesthetic learning styles which leaves an impression like no other. A process away from the regular classroom training and engagement with crowds from different domains adds a new flavour to the learning.
We at YCC conduct various workshops on different platforms through networking for the youth which provides quality content, polished design and easy navigability towards the learning concept. Through our interactive training sessions, we help provide internship programs to encourage the learners to inculcate the methodologies into their daily life.
